About the Housatonic Road Runners

Housatonic Road Runners (HRR) is a co-ed social running club devoted to the enjoyment of life. Founded in the 1992 by two of Connecticut's most respected runners, Victor Swaller and Thomas Hiten, the club has grown to include almost 100 primary and adjunct members. The club also participates in races across the country and as a group is credited with completing over 500 marathons and thousands of races of varying distances.
